ジオデシックドームには以前から興味がありセルフビルドの候補でもあった。

I was interested in building a geodesic dome. I thought it was complicated and hard to work on.

ここに来る前から風呂ではなく蒸風呂、つまりサウナを作ろうと考えていた。それは蒸風呂が今の”風呂”の始まりである事と、Bullocksでの体験が大きい。

And I wanted to build a sauna instead of a bath. It’s the origin of the bath so I liked it. But largely my experience at Bullocks affected me.

そこで前々から欲しかった温室をジオデシックドームでつくり、風呂を移動して、炭焼き窯も置き窯の熱でサウナも楽しめるって夢のプロジェクトを思いついたのだ！

I got an idea to build a greenhouse as a geodesic dome. Put the bath in it and make a sauna with the heat from a kiln. Don’t you love the idea?
