味覚の秋がやってきた！我が家ではゴボウと自然薯を立体栽培？している。ドラム缶、穀物缶にタイヤ、中に土を入れて種を植えるだけ。

We grew burdock and yam in drums and tires. Just putting some soil in and seeds.

これはBullocks Permaculture Homesteadでやってたのを真似しただけ、ゴボウは畑にも植えてるけど耕さないのでドラム缶の方が良く育ってる。

I saw this at Bullocks Permaculture Homestead and copy it’s here. Yes it’s a great idea! And burdocks are growing bigger in drums because the soil is softer.

そしてこの栽培だと収穫が楽、今回はタイヤをひとつづつ外した。折れないように気を使って掘る必要がないのだ～

BIt’s so easy. This time was taking tires off and no damage on it, beautiful!
