夕方、ノブのお父さんから新鮮な魚の差し入れをいただいた。
ありがたや〜
In this evening, Nobu’s dad brought fresh fishes for us.
ということで、本日の夕飯は刺身祭り!
魚を捌くのはノブのお役目。
Well that made our dinner menu, “Sashim Partyi!”.
Preparations are Nobu’s job.
2人で満腹になるほどの刺身に、少し飽きてきたところで「炙っちゃう?」とノブの提案。
Why not !
We got full and we had more of them. I was satisfied by then but Nobu started saying broiling yellowtail could be good.
Why not! I replied.
炙る音に満腹だった胃袋が動き出す~
The sound of broiling made my stomach worked again!
ほっぺたが… 落ちた!笑
こちらの炙りぶりは今日いちばんのおいしさでした。
あぁ、すぐにでもまた食べたい。
My cheeks were dropped. That was the best on the table today.
だんだんと日が暮れていくこの空間に包まれながら、ゆっくり食べる食事はなんとも贅沢で心も胃袋も満たされました~
