しんちゃんには朝からアースオーブンのひび割れの補修をお願いして、折角なので粘土を練るところからやってもらった。

Shin worked with clay in the morning. Mostly covering cracks on earthoven.

近所でお世話になっている方のお孫さん、マコちゃんはピザが大好きということでお招きして人生初のピザ作りに挑戦～

Mako-chan came to join us. She is our neighbor’s grand daughter who loves PIZZA! She tried to make pizza first time in her life.

焼き上がるのを待つのはワクワクだよね～

今回の生地は渓が見つけた岡山産の全粒粉を使用、いつもより発酵が進まなかったけど結果はしっかりした仕上がりに。

It’s exciting waiting pizza to bake~

We used local whole wheat flour this time. It didn’t leaven well but turns out ok.

我らのピザパーティースタイルは各々が全行程やりますよ～少しはサポートはしますがね。

We insist everyone to create their own pizza and do everything by themselves. Well we do a little support if needed.

しんちゃん初めてのピザはトマトソースの赤と焦げた黒で辛くは無いけどデビルピザ！

Red tomato sauce and burned black rim looked cool. It was Shin’s first one.

姪っ子の琴子も参上～

My niece, Kotoko joined later.

お世話になってるようこさんも初挑戦、次回は孫に教える為に全工程を観察してました。

Ms.Yoko was watching every steps. Because she wanna teach her grand children how to make PIZZA!

Banana-chocolate pizza was the one they made. Believe me it’s one of the best!
