用意してた粘土に砂を入れて～

Putting sands into premixed clay~

踏み踏み～

Thump thump thump~

砂を入れると粘りが減って練りやすい。ここの粘土は粘りが強くどんな窯になるのか楽しみ！

It was much easier to mix with sands in it. The clay here is very sticky. I’m looking forward to seeing how it become!

それを泥団子にして～

Make mud balls~

砂で形成した窯内部に濡れ新聞紙を掛けて団子をペタペタ貼っていく。

Stick them onto the inner oven. You can make the wall even if you use the ball method.

アーチも同じ粘土で固めて行く、前回は耐火モルタルで作ったけど今回はどうなる事やら～

The last time I used fire proof mortar for the arch. This time is the same sandy clay. Let’s see how it goes~

そんな感じで耐火層の出来上がり、小さくてかわいいな～

次回は断熱層を作りまーす。
