内部のガイドと開口部のアーチはダンボールでオーケー。
Put shaped cardboards as a guideline for the inner oven and the arch.
余ったレンガや木材詰めて砂で窯の内部を形成。
Placing bricks and woods or whatever to fill the space. Then putting sands to form a hemisphere and that is the inner oven.
途中で砂が足りなくなったので急遽掘っただけの粘土を追加してその上から砂で整えて完成。
Oops ran out of sands…added clay and then covered with sands. Worked well!
今回のアースオーブンは前回より一回り小さくなる予定。窯内部は直径60cmで高さ35cm。耐熱層、断熱層、外層の3層構造で窯自体のサイズは～完成してのお楽しみ。てか今回は無計画、材料の配分も感覚でやってる。まあ壊れたら直せば良いって事で気軽にやってます。
次回は最初の層、耐火するでしょう層と開口部のアーチを作ります。
Our earthoven is a little smaller than before. Inside diameter is 60cm and 35cm high. It’ll have three layers with a heat resident layer, isolated layer and outer layer. And outer size is still unknown…I don’t have much plan this time. I’m not making perfect one or something close. I wanna have fun using materials from here and…let’s see how it goes.
Next we’ll work on the first one “hopefully-heat-resistance layer” with premixed clay and sands. Also the arch with little bricks.
