I had good potion of breakfast and I was ready to work hard!
Our usual breakfast is brown rice with some toppings and miso soup.
You don’t believe but with raw egg on rice or just seaweed, sesame and HISHIO(醤) sauce. I like it with different flavor each time.
A herb garden was the one I wanted to create.
Digging holes for stakes,
Quarter spread bamboos for the walls.
I was thinking to use hemp thread to hold bamboos but Nobu suggested me not to. Because hemp thread will biodegrade in roughly six months.
I found the way used half spread bamboos to hold the wall by trial and error.
A beautiful curb is speciality of bamboo!
Kei
Two whole days I worked on it and it was done!
I felt real happy because it wasn’t easy job. Like I had to dig out the stakes and redo in a hot day.
Well it was done anyway. I can’t wait to see full of fresh herds on my ship shaped garden~
