In the morning after walking along the beach there is a town called Paekakariki. We were passing by but it looked nice with small shops in one spot.
One cafe is absolutely my taste. We only walked an hour but stopped for sweets and coffee. Eating again!

He was happy dancing in the cafe and made me happy too.
Paekakariki Escarpment Track
After this track was a road walk along the railways so we took train instead!
It was funny that Nobu said it’s almost on the TA trail showing GPS.
We got off at Poriua station and started walking again. The trail was well maintained and easy to walk.
Started raining at some points but we arrived safely at Allen’s Place. Tea and muffin was good after walking in the rain.
