It was likely to rain in the morning but just cloudy during the day.
42nd Traverse is also a cycle trail. Some ups and downs but basically an easy walking pass.
After 20km, there are some flat spots by stream. Nice and cozy place to camp.
On this Journey we have many chances to meet people.
Robert showed up suddenly. We were on the same bus heading to Kaitaia from Auckland. He had no luggage on the bus, actually he got lost baggage when he arrived. And waited for 3 days at Auckland then headed to north without his backpack.
After a while we heard he got his backpack back.
After supper had a little nap by the stream for couple of hours. That was a great location!
