The board said PCT is the one of the longest trail in the world.<\/p>\n

\u770b\u677f\u306b\u306fPCT\u306f\u4e16\u754c\u4e00\u9577\u3044\u30c8\u30ec\u30a4\u30eb\u306e\u3072\u3068\u3064\u3060\u3088\u3063\u3066\u66f8\u3044\u3066\u3042\u3063\u305f\u3002<\/p>\n

We carried beer for our celebration at the monument off course.<\/p>\n

Gravity started late but caught us up just in time.<\/p>\n

I think we spend like two hours hanging around the monument.<\/p>\n

My long journey was over started from Te Araroa(Nov.5-Mar.27) then PCT(May 5-Aug.21). Everyone asked me if I wanted to try AT & CDT. The answer was \u201cNO!\u201d. I had enough walking already. But I\u2019d like to hike Kumano Kodo that\u2019s the next, no more long long ones.<\/p>\n

\u9042\u306bTe Araroa(11\/5-3\/27)\u304b\u3089\u59cb\u307e\u3063\u3066PCT(5\/15-8\/21)\u306b\u7d9a\u3044\u305f\u9577\u30fc\u3044\u6b69\u304f\u65c5\u304c\u7d42\u4e86\uff01\u7686\u3093\u306a\u306b\u6b21\u306fAT? CDT? \u3068\u805e\u304b\u308c\u308b\u3051\u3069\u3001\u7b54\u3048\u306f\u30ce\u30fc‼\ufe0e \u30b9\u30eb\u30fc\u30cf\u30a4\u30af\u306f\u9577\u904e\u304e\u308b\uff5e\u3082\u3046\u4e00\u751f\u5206\u6b69\u3044\u305f\u611f\u304c\u3042\u308b\u3002\u3067\u3082\u718a\u91ce\u53e4\u9053\u306f\u6b69\u3044\u3066\u307f\u305f\u3044\u3001\u9577\u904e\u304e\u306a\u3044\u3057\u306d\uff5e<\/p>\n

I was pretty lucky to have this opportunity to do two thru-hike one after another. It was obviously lots of suffering, challenging, pushing your limits, walking in real pain for so long. And then after all the hike my body needs some time to recover.<\/p>\n

My hiking buddy once told me that thru-hike is suffering but after that you appreciate more, just small things, you enjoy your life more. I totally agree and it’s true. Anyway I was happy finishing it. I am happy having the whole experiences from them. But most of all I\u2019m pretty excited to go to Alaska for fishing Salmon hahaha!<\/p>\n

Shelter \u201cShiro\u201d \/ No major issues.<\/p>\n

Trekking Poles \u201cPCTs\u201d\/ replaced tips and one snapped(fixed with glass-fiber) it happened because of my bad construction.<\/p>\n

Sandals \u201cHuaraches\u201d\/ #1&#2(1,200mi), Luna OSO(1,300mi)<\/p>\n

If anyone want to hike PCT with Luna sandals I suggest one pair of Luna OSO would work well.<\/p>\n
